Because of the climate suitable for multi sports training and considering the sports-tourist facilities of the town, as well as those of Karandila park and the Sliven Mineral Baths, we offer our town Sliven for acclimatization and pre Olympian training of free-style wrestling teams - men and women - for Athens 2004.
We are making this offer for pre Olympian training for one more reason. It is the opportunity for the wrestling sports clubs Mayak 13 and Wrestling - Sliven to place at disposal their competitors (male and female) as sparing playmates during the training period; to organize a number of tournaments, events and to use the methodic help of the Bulgarian Wrestling Federation.
We consider that it is nice to inform our future guests for the cultural - historical and administrative sports features of our town and region so that they can get a full idea of where they are invited to stay before the Olympics.
In Sliven there are a number of cultural institutes such as a theater, a symphony orchestra, an ensemble for folk songs and dances, Historical Museum, Picture Gallery, a library, etc. and ... Sliven.net
