Government: Bulgaria is a multiparty republic. The head of the state is the President. The national assembly has legislative power. The members of this national assembly are elected by the people every 4 years. They are 240. The executive body is the government. Head of government is the Prime-Minister.
In Bulgaria only 18-year-olds can vote. The main law is the constitution.

Nature: Bulgaria is situated on the Balkan Peninsula. Its neighbouring countries are: to the North- Romania, to the West - Serbia and Macedonia, to the south - Greece and Turkey and to the East - the Black Sea. In the central and south-western part of the country the relief is mountainous, and in the northern and south-eastern part it is undulating-flat.


 
 

 

STATUTE
The organization of the present festival is a point of intersection between the preservation of the cultural identity and the incorporation of the children to the dance art in the spirit of the European collaboration.
