Namik Kemal Ilkogretimokulu School Folklore ensemble, city of Antalya, Turkey

 
 

The folk dance ensemble was created in 2002 at Namik Kemal Primary School in the city of Antalya, Turkey. Despite its brief artistic biography, the ensemble was awarded a lot of prizes. In 2003 it won the first prize at the National Festival at Antalya and during its tour in Moscow it conquered the hearts of the Russian audience.

STATUTE
The organization of the present festival is a point of intersection between the preservation of the cultural identity and the incorporation of the children to the dance art in the spirit of the European collaboration.
