Rainbow Folklore Dance Ensemble, Hungary

 

 
 

RAINBOW FOLKLORE DANCE ENSAMBLE"Rainbow" Folklore dance ensemble from the town of Pecs. The assemble was set up in 1985 at "Rainbow" Children' home at Municipality of Pech. The participants are from 12 to 16 years of age and they study at different schools in the town. The ensemble presents traditional folklore from different regions in Hungary. The leader of the ensemble is Yanosh Molnar.

STATUTE
The organization of the present festival is a point of intersection between the preservation of the cultural identity and the incorporation of the children to the dance art in the spirit of the European collaboration.
