Tradition Group of Folk Dance, Poland

 
 

Tradition Group of Folk Dance was founded at 1992 in cooperation with the primary School No 35 in Rzsezow and it is based on the Youth Community Centre. At present the members of the group are graduates of the school and children of other schools and kindergarten at Rzsezow.

 

The tradition Group has in its repertoire folk dances from different regions of Poland sush as Kaszuby, Kurpie, Lublin and Rzsezow.

The national customs, modeled by Tradition are sewn on the model of original peasant’s Sunday best from particular region.

STATUTE
The organization of the present festival is a point of intersection between the preservation of the cultural identity and the incorporation of the children to the dance art in the spirit of the European collaboration.
